I started working as a coffee technician at Boxcar Coffee Roasters in 2021 and quickly realized how hard it was to find resources that explained not just how machines worked, but why. That gap pushed me to go back to school and pursue a degree in mechanical and electrical engineering at the University of Colorado-Boulder. Between my hands-on experience and what I’ve learned in school, I put together the resource I wish I’d had when I was starting out.
